CORIANDER
Coriandrum sativum
Coriander is an annual plant, surviving one growing season and reaches up to 50 cm in height. Coriander may also be referred to as Cilantro, Chinese Parsley or Dhania.

All parts of the coriander plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are most commonly used. Apart from its conventional use, Coriander forms part of "insect haven" seed mixtures - attracting pollinators and wide range of insect predators. This plant type plays a role in Integrated Pest Management.
